How to read it
What each state means
- Healthy
Normal
The service answered the most recent check normally. Nothing to do.
- Being handled
Down
The service did not answer the most recent check. UPA TIK is already notified automatically; there is no need to report it again unless what you see differs from what is shown here.
- Scheduled
Maintenance
The service is intentionally paused for scheduled work. The schedule is announced on the news page.
- New
Unknown
There is no readable check result yet — usually because monitoring for that service was only just added.
If this page says it does not know: the status data could not be fetched, or it is too old to trust. This page deliberately does not guess — admitting it does not know beats showing a green light that is wrong. What you should do is unchanged: if a service really is misbehaving, report it through the Helpdesk.
What this does not cover
The limits of this page
This monitoring checks whether a service answers over the network. It cannot tell whether what is inside is correct — a portal can register as normal while one of its menus is broken, and a system can be slow without counting as down.
That is why reports from users still matter. If what you are experiencing differs from what is shown here, that is valuable information: send it to the ICT Helpdesk with the service, the time, and what you saw.
